CT-Based Planning of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Interventions
Standardised. Reproducible. For the entire Heart Team.
3mensio Structural Heart guides the Heart Team from the first CT analysis to the final device selection. Six specialised workflows with automated and semi-automated segmentation, Guided Reporting and fully manually adjustable measurements support precise planning of percutaneous valve interventions and LAA occlusions.

Specialised workflow for RedoTAV and TAV-in-SAV. Available as an add-on licence.
Valve-in-valve procedures are continuously increasing for both surgical and transcatheter heart valves. The RedoTAV workflow supports the planning of complex redo TAV and TAV-in-SAV procedures with specialised tools for commissural alignment, coronary risk assessment and virtual placement of the second valve.
The Valve-in-Valve workflow is not part of the standard Aortic workflow and must be purchased separately as a RedoTAV add-on for a valid 3mensio Structural Heart Aortic licence from version 10.7 onwards.
- Marking of native and index commissures for assessment of commissural alignment
- Rapid diameter measurement of the index valve to assess over- or under-expansion
- Coronary detection including Coronary Risk Plane for coronary obstruction risk assessment
- Placement of a second virtual valve with definition of the Neo-Skirt Plane
- Comprehensive risk measurements for assessment of coronary obstruction and coronary access issues
