Coronary Bioadaptor for PCI Procedures

The DynamX® bioadaptor is a drug-eluting coronary implant designed for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Unlike conventional drug-eluting stents (DES), the DynamX® bioadaptor is designed to support the restoration of more physiological vessel function following vascular healing.

From Scaffolding to Bioadaptation

Following an initial phase of mechanical scaffolding and controlled drug elution, the DynamX® bioadaptor enters its bioadaptive phase. The unlocking of three helical strands is designed to restore vessel motion and support physiological hemodynamic modulation.

Bioadaptor is superior to DES for TLF at 4 years

In a 4-year follow-up analysis, the DynamX bioadaptor demonstrated a significantly lower TLF rate compared with DES (2.8% vs. 7.8%; p = 0.020).¹

Bioadaptor is superior to DES for cardiovascular death at 4 years

Four-year follow-up data showed a marked reduction in cardiac death with bioadaptor therapy (0.5% DynamX vs. 3.7% Onyx DES; p = 0.020).¹

Substantial benefit in LAD

Four-year data demonstrated substantial reduction in TLF with bioadaptor compared to DES (2.7% Dynamx vs 10.6% DES, p = 0.021).¹

Indications for Use

The DynamX® Bioadaptor is a permanent implant delivering Novolimus and is intended to improve coronary luminal diameter in patients with symptomatic ischemic heart disease.

LithiX™ HC-IVL

The HC-IVL balloon catheter (LithiX™) is indicated for the treatment of severely calcified coronary lesions in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).
