As an Assistant for Office Management you will be involved in an exciting and dynamic working environment with diverse and challenging activities. You will be responsible for smooth and efficient administrative processes in our company and support us in administrative and organizational tasks in our daily business.
Your tasks include:
- Organization of permanently functioning routines for the smooth running of the office
- Organization and coordination of office management processes
- General administrative and office tasks
- Liaising with vendors for products, software providers, and services to ensure office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and efficient workflow
- Assisting as a central point of contact for external partners* as well as our team
- Manage payments to vendors and service providers
- Optimizing existing work processes in the office
- Collaborate with all departments and ensure smooth communication between departments
- Planning and coordinating the logistics of internal meetings, events, and staff travel
- Managing employee, customer and vendor databases
Who we are looking for:
- You have completed specialized training (office administrator) or have a degree in business administration
- You have knowledge of commercial processes
- You have excellent research and presentation skills
- We expect very good communication skills and assertiveness
- You are flexible, a team player and able to work under pressure
- You have organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Negotiation and problem solving skills are part of your personality
- You have sound MS Office skills and are textually and stylistically confident in German and English
